• Design and construction of 20 new flats for older persons.
• including two wheelchair accessible flats.
• Communal facilities include a guest suite, reception/office, buggy store, WCs, launderette, therapy room, a garden room and spa bathroom/shower.
• Traditional build with in situ suspended concrete and precast concrete beam and block with the upper floor formed from a lightweight structural steel frame.
