• New-build sports hall, gym and café plus refurbishment of the dance studio and reception, creation of function rooms, residents’ and staff facilities
• Refurbishment and fit-out of 137 bedsits over 7 storeys and the provision of bathroom pods and creation of 17 new bedsits
• Renewal and upgrade of the entire M&E installation to meet current and future requirements
• Hard landscaping works to improve access and the building’s appearance within the surrounding community
