Kind & Company are working with Rollalong to deliver this project for the London Borough of Barking & Dagenham
The project comprises of 22 residential modular appartments
We are undertaking the site preparations, installation of statutary services, civils infrastructure, external brickwork, final internal finishing once the modules are installed, plus hard and soft landscaping
Rollalong are manufacturing and installing the modular units and the final roof coverings
The individual modules are manufactured offsite, delivered by road and craned into position
