Essex Housing Awards Winner: Small Housing Schemes (1-24 homes) for our project The Meadows (Ardale).

Our team had a fantastic time last Thursday at the Essex Housing Awards, celebrating housing developments and initiatives across Essex. We are extremely proud to have picked up an award in the category: Small Housing Schemes (1-24 homes) for our project The Meadows (Ardale).

The Judges selected the winning scheme ‘for its hi-spec finishes, energy efficiency, transformation of a disused brownfield site and its level of community engagement throughout the build’.

We’d like to give a big thanks to the organisers of the Essex Housing Awards, to all the team who worked on The Meadows for making this fantastic achievement possible, and to Mark Curle who presented us with this award.
