What is the Kind Effect?
Our Kind effect was established in 2015 during an exercise we undertook to determine what our clients, employees, and industry peers thought about our business.
Following this our Kind Effect was realised. By engaging with all our key stakeholders and customers we asked them directly how we perform as a business…and based on the feedback we received we identified six principal values which represent how we operate as a business.
To this day we remain incredibly proud of each one of these values, all of which are equally important to ensure the successful completion of all our projects.
