Maintaining a good work-life balance is essential for building an effective team ethic and maintaining the wellbeing of our people. As a company we encourage groups and individuals to invest time in getting to know their colleagues. To this end we organise social gatherings at Christmas and as part of our annual Employee Briefing. Further to this, project and departmental groups will organise other ad-hoc events such as breakfasts, meals out, sports challenges and even a chilli growing competition.
