Exciting news! New London Architecture recently launched the second edition of Great Estates: Models for Modern Placemaking by RIBA Publishing, and we are thrilled to see our project 42 Berners Street featured in the book!

We completed this 9-storey commercial development for our client The Berners-Allsopp Estate in 2018, following the demolition of two existing properties in their estate portfolio. The scheme was designed by Buckley Gray Yeoman architects.

In the book, 42 Berners Street is celebrated as a contemporary modern addition to the 350-year-old family run estate, with more than double the previous floor space that once stood. We remain very proud of this quality project, located in the heart of London’s Fitzrovia.

This project was a logistically challenging and complex scheme to deliver. To find out more about how we delivered this project and our wide range of commercial experience, click here: https://bit.ly/3vhtPom
