At Kind & Co we have been carrying out both refurb and new build projects in and around London and the Southeast since 1945; and in more recent years with advanced technology and methods of construction at our fingertips and in close collaboration with our supply chain, we have gained considerable experience in the successful completion of MMC schemes for our clients. Including Lambourn Close in Ealing which achieved an AJ Retrofit award for innovative repurposing of existing homes!
