More Premier Guarantee award success for our sites!

Last week we were delighted to welcome key representatives from Premier Guarantee onto site at Lexden Gardens, as they presented our site team with a Certificate of Excellence, recognising quality performance and workmanship on site.

Each month the warranty provider selects a small percentage of sites nationwide to recognise top performance, and for the month of September Lexden Gardens was one such site.

Along with the delivery team, our Managing Director Steve Juson joined the celebrations with our client Essex Housing and local councillors for Colchester.

Our MD Steve said:
"I am delighted for the site team at Lexden Gardens and congratulate them on their hard work in accomplishing such high praise and recognition. I would like to also thank all those from Premier Guarantee who joined us today to present the Certificate of Excellence, which will hang ‘pride of place’ among our site team here at Lexden Gardens."

Cllr Ray Gooding, Chairman of Essex Housing Board who was on site, said:
"It is great to see Lexden Gardens gain industry recognition with this recent Premier Guarantee award. I’m delighted to see the hard work from the site team being recognised as the project progresses on site to deliver the new homes Colchester needs."

Phase one of Lexden Gardens is due to complete late 2026, resulting in the delivery of 63 new homes for the people of Colchester.
