Morse Close achieves Gold in Secure by Design

Our project Morse close, located in the London Borough of Newham, recently received an offical Gold Award certificate in achieving its Secured by design status. A fantastic achievement for the project and the design and delivery team who have worked hard on the construction of 17 affordable Passivhaus homes for our client Newham Council.
Our Construction Manager Stuart Rust said:
‘We are delighted with the gold certification achieved at Morse Close, from the outset this scheme has been a challenging one due to the site being located on the corner of a major public road; collaboration has been key to incorporate a comprehensive security strategy to ensure a safe and secure block for the future residents. We thank the Secure by Design team for their input and for this recognition… and well done to all the team involved!’.
