Putney Vale receives Premier Guarantee Gold monthly award – hitting top 10% in the country!

On Wednesday the site team at Putney Vale were delighted to receive a visit from Premier Guarantee’s London regional team, who presented them with an ‘Excellence Award’ receiving Gold certification ‘recognising the quality of site wide workmanship and management’. 

Every month the warranty provider issue a small number of these awards nationally, as a result of the regular site inspections they carry out, which focus on key criteria including site tidiness, workmanship, health and safety and Co-operation.  

Regional Manager for London Ged Duffey who visited to present the award, along with the project Surveyor, confirmed this award is issued to contractors who demonstrate continued consistent good site work, they also said the award is now a record of our site Putney Vale being in the top 10 percent of Premier Guarantee sites nationally for the month it was issued.

Our MD Steve Juson was delighted to hear about the award and said:

Our Project Putney Vale which we are delivering for our client Wandsworth Council will bring 14 new affordable homes to the borough once complete and will mark the third housing project we have delivered for the borough in recent years.
