Putney Vale marks the 500th home delivered in ‘Homes for Wandsworth’ programme

We are delighted to have contributed to reaching a key milestone in Wandsworth Council’s ‘Homes for Wandsworth’ housing programme, as our project Putney Vale (Stroud Crescent) marks the 500th home delivered in the council's current 1000 homes target; bringing quality affordable homes to the residents of the borough.

Putney Vale consists of 14no. 1, 2 and 3 bedroom flats and includes associated hard and soft landscaping and upgrade works to the local area. In addition to this scheme, we are pleased to have also delivered Gideon Road and Whitlock Road for our client, bringing the total so far to 38 homes for the borough.

Our Managing Director Steve Juson commented:

"It is great to be part of this important milestone for our client Wandsworth Council, as they celebrate the ‘halfway’ mark in achieving their current target to deliver quality affordable homes to the residents of Wandsworth. We have been working for a number of years now with the council to help them achieve this target and it is great to hear the team are on track with hitting their goal of 1000 homes by 2029."

Presently we are collaborating with Wandsworth Council to deliver future homes within the borough and look forward to continuing the delivery team as they continue to meet the needs of the local community.
