Kind achieves BSA Industry Compliance

At Kind we are committed to demonstrating clear leadership and competency in our approach to ensuring regulatory compliance under the Building Safety Act (BSA). Led by our BSA internal committee, we have recently undertaken rigorous submissions to both Constructionline and CHAS (Elite) in order to achieve independent verification to demonstrate our approach to ensuring we satisfy our duties in line with the regulations.

Following the recent submissions, we are delighted to announce we have received confirmation of our successful accreditation under the common assessment standard for: 

• Constructionline BSA Standard Construction
• Constructionline BSA Higher Risk Buildings
• CHAS (Elite) Building Safety

This marks an important milestone in our organisation’s journey to ensure we meet the high expectations set under the new legislation, putting us in a strong position to continue to support our clients in ensuring best, safe and compliant practice.
