Lexden Gardens has been shortlisted in the Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards

We are delighted to announce our project Lexden Gardens Phase 1 has been shortlisted for this year's Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards, under the category for 'Development of the Year 51-100 Units'.  The awards celebrate outstanding quality on site, recognising innovation and excellence across the industry and exceptional standards in housebuilding.

The Scheme achieved shortlist status after receiving two monthly Quality Recognition Awards; and achieving these awards placed the development into consideration for potential shortlisting at their annual ceremony, making this recognition a significant accomplishment for the team, who demonstrated consistent excellence onsite.

Our MD Steve Juson commented:
"We are incredibly proud to see Lexden Gardens shortlisted for this year's Premier Guarantee Excellence Awards. Receiving two Quality Recognition Awards and being considered for the shortlist is a fantastic achievement for the entire team. Phase 1 of this project has involved a number of highly complex elements including façade retention to one block and the careful restoration of the Grade II listed former Essex County Hospital main block, which has required exceptional attention to detail, collaboration and craftsmanship throughout. This recognition reflects the hard work and commitment shown by everyone involved in delivering this high quality scheme - we look forward to the ceremony later this year!."

In addition to the restoration works we are undertaking at Lexden Gardens, the team have been constructing new build homes and undertaking key infrastructure works to vastly improve the streetscape (following the closure of the redundant hospital in 2018).

We would like to thank everyone involved in the project for their continued efforts, as well as Premier Guarantee for recognising the project and putting us forward for this year's awards. We look forward to marking this in September at this prestigious ceremony.
