Whitlock Drive Completes

This summer we are delighted to announce yet another successful handover, as we mark the completion of Whitlock Drive.

This 9-unit scheme, which we have delivered for our existing client Wandsworth Council, is the second project we have built in recent years for the borough under their current plans to deliver 1000 council homes.

The project was located on a particularly challenging de-commissioned garage site, in close proximity to many local residents living on the surrounding estate. Due to the nature of the sloping ground level on the site, the scheme had been designed to incorporate undercroft car parking (including EV charging points) and great care was taken around the site to improve access for residents by reconfiguring the surrounding infrastructure.

Throughout the construction of this project, our site team forged a strong relationship with local residents, keeping them informed about the works taking place daily and helping them where they could.
