Ben Bendelow

Following the completion of his degree in Construction Management Ben re-joined us in 2021 as a Senior Projects Manager, after having previously been with us for eight years from 2008 as a Site Manager.  In 2025 he was promoted to Projects Director reflecting is growth within the company. 

His experience spans residential, education, leisure and care. His role now sees him leading project teams to deliver high-quality builds within specified time and cost constraints.  

Ben’s interests lie in energy efficient designs, how technology is advancing and how this relates to construction. Using this interest, he leads our Passivhaus new build projects, amongst others, ensuring they are built to quality designs, achieving energy efficient homes for our clients. 

He is a keen West Ham fan and enjoys golfing, fishing and spending time with his young family.
