Stephen joined Kind and Company in 2019 as an Assistant Projects Manager following 12 years as a Section Commander in HM Armed Forces. He quickly demonstrated his organisational and people abilities, to become a successful, fully-fledged Projects Manager within 2 years.

Stephen has experience in residential, health and commercial sectors along with project managing Passivhaus projects. He was also part of the Project Management delivery team on Calcutta Road, our award-winning ‘Over 55’s’ retirement apartments.
