Matthew Eastwood

Matt has been working with Kind & Company since 2018 and in 2024 was promoted to the position of Senior Design and Technical Manager; responsible for overseeing Design Management within the organisation.

Matt’s background encompasses experience in the design and management of innovative, high-quality projects, both in the UK and internationally. His skill set covers all elements from project inception to completion and management of multiple subcontractor and consultant teams. Having previously worked at well-established practices like Norman Foster and Grimshaw Architects on complex, high profile schemes , across a multitude of sectors, he brings with him a wealth of experience spanning back to a total of 35 years in the industry.

Matt is a proactive team member with a thirst for continuous development and ensuring he is always kept abreast of new regulatory industry change and developments which lends well to his role with us at Kind.
